I was part of a team of three designers, taking the lead on the mobile app project. Starting from scratch, I conducted a comprehensive UX research phase, defining goals, analyzing the target audience, and creating a concept that was tested with real users. Collaborating closely with C-level management during the research phase, I developed a set of actionable hypotheses and a detailed UI/UX plan for the entire app. Additionally, I designed and launched the website using Webflow.
